There is nothing quite like good food! Can I get an AMEN!Well, last weekend we had a chance to have dinner at Picasso Cafe in the Paseo district in OKC. I found the establishment using my urbanspoon iPhone app...good ratings, great food pics.. (the previous link is to the urbanspoon web page.)
You just never know for sure about a place you've never been...until you go. So Glad we did!
My youngest daughter ordered her preferred meal of choice - mac & cheese. She commented that it was great and that it was - "adult mac & cheese". I had the fried tilapia and fries with a side of fresh jalapeños - excellent! My bride and oldest daughter enjoyed incredible, fresh salads...one had tuna and the other chicken. I'd categorize it as fresh, hot, well seasoned and very tasty. Prices were moderate but was well worth any additional cost. Check out their menu HERE. We finished with some hot coffee, added a piece of key lime pie, chocolate (no flour) cake and cheese cake from NYC. We were able to enjoy the company of long time friends and had a great time!
I (we all) recommend it highly and we will definitely go again.
